Getting back to Camping!

Very proud of 1st Primrose Hill Guides and Netherton Rangers for their “We’re Back Camp”,  It certainly was a comeback. 2 girls had never slept in a tent before and 5 had not been to a Guide camp as they came up from Brownies during lockdown! It was a real hit! That camp smell….. woodsmoke, gadgets, campfire singing, backwoods cooking, smores, collecting/chopping wood, meals done on the fire, scrubbing dixies and “tiptoeing through the tent pegs” to the loo in the night…..loads of FUN and all girls gained badges, Skills Builders and Theme Awards!
